Returns & Refunds Policy

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights, because a great experience is important to us at Peninsula Beverage Co.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:
‘Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.’

If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will gladly refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase and as long as there is still ¾ of the bottle left for beer, wine and spirits. That is, if there is a fault with the product or Peninsula Beverage Co. has breached a consumer guarantee. Items must be returned to either of our stores (42 Main Street, Mornington, VIC 3931 or 1/1012 Mornington-Flinders Road, Red Hill, VIC, 3937). If unable to deliver in person, the cost of return postage, if applicable, is to be paid by the sender.

Peninsula Beverage Co. does not accept
returns or refunds for change of mind. You agree that we are under no obligation to change or cancel an order
once you have placed it. If you wish to change or cancel your order please
contact us as soon as possible at

we will do our best to accommodate your request.
