Characteristics: Nectarines, Lemon Zest, Vanilla Spice
Description: With grapes sourced from Bittern, this is a Chardonnay with nectarines, lemon zest and vanilla spice. With 50% new French oak in puncheons and barriques balanced again with great cool climate acidity. This wine was made with no fining or filtration and natural fermentation. Yugen was started by Tim Scanlon and Brodie Comer with the first vintage in 2018 with fruit sourced in Bittern and Sunbury.
