Description: Building on the success of last year’s release, this beer, brought back by popular demand is made with a base of strong sour blonde ale which has been barrel aged it in re-used Lark Whisky barrels. The resulting flavours are of smoked malt, lactose, fresh lemon juice and zest to mirror the popular whisky sour cocktail. Expect sour lemon up front with distinct notes of whisky and oak, a subtle smokiness, and hints of vanilla and molasses, all served on nitrogen to give a creamy, full mouthfeel. Please note: This beer contains lactose.
