Characteristics: Smoke, Spice, Cinnamon
Description: Just a smidge of Scottish Peat was used to give the barley a smoky taint and with aging in American oak, ex tawny port barrels, the resulting whisky is balanced, with whispy peat and a slightly savoury/cinnamon flavours. In addition there is a distinct earthiness, smoke and spice while the aromas are tawny cask forals featuring apricot and fruit cake.
