Description: This is a new world dry gin is the first release from Tar Barrel, combining eight classic and native botanicals including Angelica Root, Lemon, Cardamom, Juniper, Coriander, Pepperberry, Orris Root and Wattleseed with a single hop, Citra, to produce a bright and well-balanced gin. The grain-based gin exhibits flavours of citrus zest, pine notes and a blend of spice creating an approachable spirit with layers of aromatic richness.
