Description: Suze is a French brand of bitters flavoured with the roots of the plant gentian, normally drunk as an apéritif. A required component for the White Negroni, this gentian-based aperitif begins with honeyed herbal notes and touches of chamomile, with underlying bitterness growing to a classically dusty, earthy, bitter finish—characteristic of gentian.
