Description: This wine is made with handpicked grapes from Red Hill and wild fermentation followed by 16 months in French Oak and made with minimal intervention techniques. Solum wines is made by Ryan Horaczko, who has developed his techniques and collaborated with Darrin Gaffy of Principia wines.
