Description: This wine is made with handpicked grapes from two sites in Balnarring with wild fermentation followed by 11 months in French Oak and made with minimal intervention techniques. It produces a wine with flavours of stonefruits, a medium body mouthfeel and strong acidity. Solum wines is made by Ryan Horaczko, who has developed his techniques and collaborated with Darrin Gaffy of Principia wines.
