Description: This wine was made from a single site in Benalla in Victoria. The grapes have been handpicked and uses natural fermentation and later aging in French Oak Barrels to create a wine with juicy and earthy flavours featuring layers of plum, and vibrant red berry notes. The resulting wine is vegan friendly as it is unfine and unfilitered. Site Wine is the product of Sam Hambour and Duncan Gibson who following successfull setting up Hop Nation Brewing Co. and barrel-aged beer offshoot Site Fermentation Project have returned to their roots as winemakers.
