Description: This is a blend of Pinot Noir, Tempranillo and Shiraz with each parcel of fruit individually fermented with indigenous yeast and matured in French Oak for 18 months prior to blending. This wine is bright and rich with aromas of cherry candy, blackcurrant, cedar, black pepper and a touch of smokiness while the flavours are juicy, bright and dark berries.
