Description: This wine is whole bunch pressed and aded in 18 months French oak. This produces a wine of richness and length, tightly structured with grapefruit and peach with lingering acid to finish. Principia winemaker Darrin Gaffy is located in Red Hill and produces minimal intervention Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with no use of pesticides or irrigation.
