Characteristics: Stonefruit, Creamy, Textural
Description: Certified Organic and Biodynamic – the fruit is handpicked then whole bunch pressed. A minimal amount of sulfur is added and the resulting wine is bottled using no finings and minimal filtration. Polperro and Even Keel wines was started by Sam Coverdale in 2006 who adopts minimal intervention and sustainable practices with sites across Mornington Peninsula, Snowy Mountains and Canberra.
