Description: Red and black fruited aromatic and perfumed displaying redcurrants and black cherries. Light and energetic on palate initially but as the tannins grow and make their presence felt in a strong and persistent way that really adds structure to the wine. This wine is incredibly fluid with flavours and sensations constantly emerging and retreating as you sip the wine. Polperro and Even Keel wines was started by Sam Coverdale in 2006 who adopts minimal intervention and sustainable practices with sites across Mornington Peninsula, Snowy Mountains and Canberra.
