Desciption: This Pinot Noir is unusually full-bodied, is perfumed and has a palate rich with ripe cherry fruits, soft tannins and layers of complex and layered flavours. This wine will pair well with roast meat such as chicken or turkey. Phaedrus Estate is a half-hectare vineyard with vines planted by husband and wife team Ewan and Maitena. The couple built the cellar door themselves over 20 years ago and continue to create wines that are balanced and full flavoured, each with distinctive varietal personalities.
