Desciption:This wine is a typical cool climate style of shiraz featuring spice, complex layers of toasted oak and elegant dark fruits with hints of tobacco. Smooth tannins, perfect balance and a long finish will satisfy. This will continue to mature with flavours intensifying for up to 15 years. Ruth and George Mihaly of Paradigm Hill set out to create an environmentally sustainable vineyard, exceptional estate grown fruit and ultimately the pursuit of producing elegant and intense varieties of quality wine.
