Characteristics: Structured, Powerful, Dark fruited
Description: The third release of this wine. Made from MV6 clone, Whole berry fermentation with indigenous yeast. Matured in French Oak for 17 months, 33% of which was new. No preservatives were added to the wine for 10 months, to allow the wine to develop its tannin structure.
A powerful tannin structure with a more complex, intense and brooding personality. Earthy, savoury, dark fruited and spiced.This Pinot Noir has the potential to cellar for 15+ years.
