Description: This wine is a blend of three vineyards across Red Hill site (23 year old vines), Shoreham (19 year old vines, MV6) and Merricks North (20 year old, MV6). It is handpicked with indiginous fermentation and natural malolactic fermentation methods and produces a perfumed, bright nose with cherries and stone fruits and mild tannins. Onannon is the production of Will Byron, Sam Middleton and Kasper Hermann that make wines with a primary site in Red Hill, but also use grapes from Gippsland.
