Description: Made from grapes in Moorabool Valley, Geelong. The wine itself is very Burgundian in style, with super fine whispery tannins, an alluring nose of sweet spice, earth, forest floor, and purple flowers. This Pinot has a real transparency with fruit and loads of freshness. The fruit is quite spiced though, balancing out any sweet notes. Such a harmonious wine, everything is balance with just bucket loads of complexity. Pure and delicate, it a fantastic example of what a winemaker can do when they have a laser like focus on the what they want to extract from single-site wines.
