Description: This vermouth is made using a base wine of Cabernet Sauvignon paired with botanicals such as grapefruit zest, mace, angelica root, strawbeery gum, wattle seed, river mint and sea parsley. It is made to complement a classic Negroni cocktail (Use equal parts Sweet Vermouth, Campari and gin over ice).
