Description: Laurent Roumier is the grandson of the legendary Georges Roumier and the cousin of Christophe Roumier, (who currently manages domain George Roumier), and the son of Alain Roumier who was the cellar master for Comte de Vogue for 30 years from the 1950s through to the 1980s. From five parcels of vines planted between the 1960s and 1990s with an average age of 35 years old. Chambolle Musigny gets its reputation for perfume and elegance and this is a textbook Chambolle, and yet also with admirable instensity and generosity. Very fine tannins.
