Description: This wine begins with hint of florals, white stone fruit and citrus. It has superb line and length as the acidity joins the lees and oak in perfect balance. This single site chardonnay, off the Kooyong property was fermented in french oak on full solids with indigenous yeasts. Matured in French barriques (16% new) on less for 11 months. Tight, lean, citrus forward with it’s signature saline thread throughout.
