Description: If you enjoy seafood, you’ll probably enjoy this wine. This Alsatian Pinot Blanc appears pale lemon in the glass. On the nose, aromas of lemon, pear, apples, and melon. Dry and light on the palate with a fruity and crispy mouthfeel. Medium acid with slightly bitter grapefruit note on the finish. Like it says on the label, pair with shellfish. Don’t overchill.
