Description: Made with Fiano grapes handpicked from a 13-year-old site. High natural acidity and  great balance of fruit flavours have created a wine that is delicious, textural and mineral with the signature Fiano pithy grapefruit and melon flavours. No malo, plenty of time on lees to bring weight, but low alcohol and a filtration give this wine freshness for days. With a committment to sustainability, Gonzo Vino have revitalised the Goon bag of the 1960s, bringing an updated worldview focussed on the use of quality wine, a reduction in their carbon footprint and recycling with each 3L cask saving 4 x glass bottles going to landfill. This cask has a shelf life of 6-8 weeks once opened.
