Desciption: This whole-bunch pressed Pinot Gris is floral in aroma with delicate flavours of pear, rose petals and earthy minerals. This is a textured Pinot Gris encouraged to be enjoyed young and served alongside food. Foxeys Hangout is run by brothers Michael and Tony Lee, together they have developed one of the most revered wineries on the Peninsula. The pair strongly believe in organic farming and biodynamic principles.
