Description: Previously known as Domaine Coche-Bizouard, Fabien has been using organic practices since he took over in 1998. More than 60% of the vines are 60-years old and the winemaker lets the grapes do the talking. A top Domaine now seeing the recognition they deserve. The aromas show a cooler side with more citric acidity lifting the fruit and extending the palate. Great structure and length with a beautiful line of fruit and a drawn-out finish. A wine worth sitting on for a few years. Les Luchets sits quite high above the village, favoured by many of the younger vignerons for more mineral wine terroir and better natural acidity. This vineyard is the ‘signature’ vineyard of his cousins, the Roulot family.
