Description: This wine is a vintage sparkling from Mornington Peninsula’s oldest vineyard and our new 2017 vintage is very clean, displaying a crisp green apple acidity, notes of lemon myrtle with classic baked bread or brioche characteristics framed from its extended time on lees. Beautifully light bubbles and a delicate finish. Baillieu Myer AC first planted 400 vines establishing Elgee Park in 1972 and it was to become Mornington Peninsula’s first commercial vineyard. The winemaker is currently Geraldine McFaul from Willow Creek Vineyard.
