Characteristics: Red berries, Pepper spice, Medium Bodied
Description: Hand harvested from a vineyard in Merricks. This Syrah is destemmed and co fermented with 4% Viognier. (Which is a popular Rhone technique) Maturing in large format French Oak for 11 months before being bottled. Perfumed red berries with lifted pepper aromatics, this medium bodied wine has delecate tannins and a juicy, dark core.
