Description: This is a Pomace Spirit, and is the product of Mark Dunemann that dedicated his efforts to using grape pomace from some of Victoria’s best winemakers and adopting new forms of very traditional European grappa and brandy techniques. It as been produced in collaboration with Neil Prentice of Moondarra Wines using Pinot Noir grapes planted on limestone. The resulting spirit is just as unique as Neil’s wines, full of aromatics and a hint of sweetness with apple blossom, honey and hazelnut flavours.
