Characteristics: Rich, Crisp, Stonefruit
Description: The Chardonnay grapes are grown on a range of red sandy soils over limestone. The winemaking is focused on minimal intervention to give the Chardonnay depth, complexity and personality. It’s a classic Chardonnay with aromas of fresh white peach and ripe melons. A rich and creamy texture perfectly balanced by crisp acidity entices the palate.
