Description: This wine has classic Gewurz aromatics with floral aromas and a palate of rich, fresh flavours, balanced by good acidity and a long finish. Aging has helped fatten and develop a ‘chewy’ texture. Bass Phillip uses close planting, extremely low cropping, no toxic chemicals and natural winemaking, respecting the forces of nature, driven by the Moon, Planets and Earth.
