Description: A single vineyard grape based dry gin that combines eight botanicals including juniper berries, angelica, liquorice root and lime. A delicate burst of citrus flavours enhances the smooth quality. The gin is made with grapes sources from one vineyard and distilled into ‘eau de vie’ using centuries-old techniques.
