Description: This Pinot Noir is rich and full in vibrant fruit flavours well balanced by a natural acidity and strength in the mid palate. This wine will develop in the bottle for up to ten years, blossoming gracefully with intensifying flavours and soil-driven complexity creating a delicious and special wine experience. The fruit for this Pinot Noir comes from a vineyard in Leongatha, first planted in 1979. Bass Phillip uses closed planting, extremely low cropping, no toxic chemicals and natural winemaking, respecting the forces of nature, driven by the Moon, Planets and Earth.
