Description: This is Bass & Flinders’ unique grape based gin that was combined with fortified Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir. It is ruby red with colour and produces a complex and perfumed gin with notes of sweet red fruit, spice and floral highlights, with brooding dark pinot noir fruits combining with savoury juniper flavours.
