Description: Merricks produces some of the finest wines on the Peninsula. As usual, the 2018 Merricks is finest and most fragrant of the three township wines but this year, as a result of a very dry February, has additional power and length. Think aromas of apple, grapefruit and white peach while the palate shows some volume without being heavy and the finish is laced with refreshing acidity and a light salty tang.
