This Chardonnay is made from fruit sourced from the Maragle vineyard in Tumbarumba and has spent 15 months in old oak to create a rouder, richer style combined with the classic crunch and finesse from the region. Hints of peach, stonefruit and cashew nuts aromas while the palate is textured and creamy. Perfect for pairing with roast chicken or seafood. This Chardonnay is a convenient and portable ‘single serve’ (just larger than a standard glass of wine) packaged in a sustainable, foil pouch that will protect the wine from light and oxygen taint.
