This Masterclass is for those looking to delve deeper into what it takes to create world class sparkling wine. Hosted by our friends from Rahona Valley, the guided tasting will take you through their journey into specialised sparkling wine production.

Over the course of the evening, you will explore the importance of expert dosage; tasting four wines across difference stages of production. The class will finish with a comparative tasting of region (Tasmania vs Mornington Peninsula) and vintage (Vintage vs. Non-Vintage). Throughout the class you will discover the complexity of sparkling wine production, learn what to look for in a quality sparkling wine and enjoy delicious sparkling wine examples and of course good company.
