Do you offer bulk discounts?

Are you looking to place a large order? We do offer competitive pricing with discounts offered for
orders over $500. Simply provide us with your ABN and contact details and we can set you up as one of our Corporate Partners so you can receive discounts off your purchase plus any future purchases.

When will my order be dispatched?

Unless you have indicated your order in urgent, we will aim to wrap and pack your gifts within 7 days of their purchase date. Delivery times will vary depending on your final destination.

Can you help with last minute gifts?

We love a challenge and can certainly assist you with last minute purchasing. We have ready-made packs ready to go and pending stock availability can make up personalised gifts on demand plus we will arrange Express Post or our Urgent Local Delivery for a small fee.

Can I make a custom order?

We might not stock exactly what you’re after but we can always try and source it for you. Please let
us know your vision and we can make some enquiries with our huge range of suppliers and
distributors.

Shipping

We know efficient delivery is part of the deal when it comes to easing the burden of business gifts. Simply put together your recipient list with their contact details (we’ll even provide a template) and we’ll take care of the rest.

Our friendly staff hand deliver to the Mornington Peninsula on Wednesdays and Fridays (ask us
about our Urgent Delivery Service), otherwise we work with Sendle and Australia Post for deliveries to Melbourne, regional Victoria and interstate.

In most cases, we offer a flat rate fee for shipping outside of the Mornington Peninsula, please get in touch for more details.

How do I place an order?

Depending on your budget and time constraints you can put together a gift from our range of
options online right now! Otherwise if you’d like to discuss your options, please book in a time that suits you for a consultation.
