Desciption: This Shiraz is made from fruit sourced from Heathcote Estate, another arm of Yabby Lake Vineyard. The wine has wonderful balance and intensity of flavour with bright, dark berry fruit and spiced aromas paired with silky, loaded dark fruit flavours. The structure is elegant, and the French Oak is subtle. Red Claw, part of Yabby Lake Vineyard, is a label focussed on making wines that are bright, juicy and most expressive when young. Yabby Lake Vineyard was established by the Kirby family in Tuerong and over the years has built a remarkable reputation for single vineyard Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The team aim to create single vineyard wines of great purity and character, reflective of the site and the season.
