Description: This wine has intense lemon aromas complemented by almond, brioche and subtle oak notes while the flavours are well balanced between a distinct savoury and creaminess. The 11-hectare Willow Creek Vineyard was planted in 1989 and is surrounded by ocean on three sides creating unique terroir which results in complex fruit. Winemaker Geraldine McFaul believes in a careful approach to winemaking, ‘doing less than more’ to create expressive wines unique to the region.
