Desciption: This wine has aromas of hay and melon while the flavours are rich, fresh and fruity with an overall impressive and elegant structure. Underground Winemakers was established in 2006 by Adrian Hennessy, Peter Stebbing, and Jono Stephens with collective wine industry experience of over 30 years. The vision was simple; grow the right grapes and make quality, approachable wines which are true to style and expressive of variety. Underground manages vineyards and sources grapes from across the Mornington Peninsula and Central Victoria.
