Characteristics: Caramel, Smooth, Spiced
Description: Made from 100% Australian Mallee Rye. Using 100% rye mash double distilled and then matured in a combination of american oak and wine barrels. Flavours include caramel and spice on the nose and creme caramel on the palate. Best enjoyed neat or mixed with a dry ginger ale and slice of orange.
