Description: Made from Australian grape spirit using a base of juniper and coriander and accented with the sweetness of dried apples, fig, date, hibiscus flower and zingy lemon. The elegant bubble gum flavours inspired by travels to Southern Japan is best served with a fresh lemon slice either neat or with soda. The pink colour is achieved by maceration of hibiscus flowers post-distillation with hibiscis flowers the symbol of the Okinawa Islands.
