Characteristics: Aromatic, Textured, Energetic
Description: This is a blend of Chardonnay, Marsanne, Nebbiolo Pétillant-Naturel made from fruit from Central Victoria. It has been tank fermented separately before blending to bottle for final fermentation. The resulting wine is vegan friendly as it is unfine and unfilitered. Site Wine is the product of Sam Hambour and Duncan Gibson who following successfull setting up Hop Nation Brewing Co. and barrel-aged beer offshoot Site Fermentation Project have returned to their roots as winemakers.
