Description: This wine is a pre-industrial method of sparkling wine with primary fermentation occurring in the bottle. It has zero sulphur added and is naturally fermented with air and warmth. The aromas are delicately floral combined with musk, citrus and a hint of biscuit while the flavours are apricot jam and fresh grapes. It has a nice balance of acid and is fresh and best enjoyed young. Quealy wines led by renowned winemaker, Kathleen Quealy, regularly defy the status quo, producing some of the most revered and eclectic collection of wines on the Peninsula.
