Description: This is a certified organic Pinot Noir with a careful fermentation regime; every berry left whole to gradually ooze sugar and tannin into the fermenting vat. Soft power. Less air, less sulphur; glossy black wine that tastes like kissing in the forest. It has aromas of forest floor, earth, mushroom and blackberry notes.
