Desciption: This wine has citrus notes of orange, tangelo, and lemon peel together with attractive suggestions of flint and oatmeal reveal themselves on the nose. The palate is pure, intense and taut, with powerful lemon and white stone fruit flavours driving the long palate into a piercing and chalky finish. Port Phillip Estate is located on Eocene volcanic soils, creating wines made from domain grown, handpicked grapes and aim to represent this unique terroir. The Estate is a specialist Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir producer.
