It’s a beautiful blend of the double-distilled cane spirit, steeped over local Pinot Noir grapes. Sip this one neat, savour over ice or mix up with soda. Or if cocktails are more your thing, try it in a Pinot Mojito, Pinot Fizz, or a Pinot Sour with a sprig of rosemary. With just 750 bottles made in this batch, this one will be limited so get in quickly.
