Four Pillars – Olive Leaf Gin

Description: This is a new product from Four Pillars that was developed after working with Cobram Estate during olive harvest in 2019. It has a big base of juniper with a savoury overlay of coriander seed, rosemary and bay leaf, olive leaf tea, olive oil, lemon myrtle, macadamia, orris root, and fresh lemon and grapefruit. The result is a gin perfect for any Martini or try as a Gibson. Stir 60mL gin, 10mL dry vermouth and 10mL dry sherry over ice, strain into a super cold glass and garnish with a couple of cocktail onions.
