Description: This wine is made from 95% Pinot Gris with just 5% Gurwurtztraminer from the Talland Hill vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula. The wine has vibrant freshly cut citrus fruit aromas and a faint floral and tropical fruit undertone. The palate is citrus forward with balanced acid and a nutty, herbal complexity. Winemaker Sam Coverdale started Polperro by Even Keel in 2006. Even Keel is a small production wine range sourcing premium fruit from individually selected vineyards from around Australia.
