Characteristics: Blood orange, Spice, Minerality
Description: This Rosé uses Pinot Noir the Macedon Ranges and has a peachy, salmon hue with a bright orange glow. The aromas are of blood orange, orange oil and Campari with spices – sumac, pink peppercorns, dried rosemary and thyme. Vibrant orange on the palate combined with peaches, cream and a chalky minerality providing layered complexity. This wine is incredibly full yet fresh and textural.
